Fitness Routine

My fitness routine is pretty much based off the Body for Life regimen. Three days weights, three days cardio, and one day off. Two of my weight days are upper body and the other is lower. My cardio plan is based off the couch to 5k plan at the moment until I can run three miles without interruption.

I’m getting used to the routine, and I juust figured out the proper way to lift in ladders  while incresing sets of weight. The running is actually really pleasant the weeks always start off rough but at the end I feel myself flying along.

It’s been like two weeks and things are going smoothly. I just hope I can keep it up when school starts. I’e already started to lose some weight so that’s pretty pleasing.
